Why does Flipkart customer service play the same song for 18 minutes with the message "don't give up on us yet, give us 30 seconds, we will be right back"?

• I had some queries so called up Flipkart. There was not much information on their website. So first time when I called up they played the same song with the above line, for 1:47 mins. Next time, 5:56 mins, and finally I could only wait up to 18:12 mins. What is the maxmum time anyone has waited on this song? What song is that? BTW, is there a bug in Flipkart Customer service automated message which says the above line? Is it probably don't give up on us yet, give us 30 minutes? I would say it's rather better they played a song that's bearable or they played different songs. Thanks! Do I sound angry? Oh yeah being desperate to get connected I crossed the roads being on phone and was feeling what if I get killed? And then realized, let me not give up on my life being desperate to connect to this customer care service.. I know this is stupid of me.. but wow.. I heard that song for such a long time.. may be the idea is they think no one would ever wait beyond 30 seconds! UPDATE: Am singing it all day! Sounds romantic.. customers and Flipkart relationship... "Don't give up on us yet... ooooo laaa laaa give us 30 second... ooooo laaaa laaaa"
