I use freegate.  You can download this while you are outside of the blocked countries such as when you are in US, or ask from a local friend, you can also contact me.  Once downloaded just start it.  If you are using Firefox, you will need to install the related addon foxyproxy to allow you to switch between direct and proxy.  If using Chrome or ie then just turn off the fg proxy.  You need to turn it off to access local sites.
