Best way is to pay via BESCOM's own website - https://www.bescom.co.in/. You can see the bill and also other outstandings (many a times, BESCOM guys apply extra charges in the form of ASD etc. and they don't send notifications to consumers). In my experience, using BESCOM website is a good way to ensure that there are no surprises from BESCOM.They take payment through Billdesk payment gateway and those guys charge some extra money (usually it is some 9-10 rupees for bills around Rs.1000). The other ways are to - (1) Register with your bank for automatic payment of bill once its generated every month (but no visibility into other charges or detailed bill) (2) Use of portals like Bangalore One (same problem as other online modes, no visibility into details).
