How can you view an HTTP request in transit?

Can Stanford students get access to view SCPD videos for classes they're not enrolled in?

• I would like to view the SCPD videos for classes that I can't take this quarter but am still interested in. When I go to http://myvideosu.stanford.edu and try to click on the course name, I get a message that says "Thank you for your interest in SCPD. If you have  arrived at this page it is because you are not enrolled in the course or your  request for access is still being processed. If you are not an active Stanford  University student, please visit our enrollment page at http://scpd.stanford.edu/becomeAStudent/gettingStarted.jsp?expandMenu=becomestudent" Is there a way to get beyond this and view the course videos for free?

  I have been able to download video lectures for classes that I was not enrolled in. I have a friend who downloaded video lectures for every SCPD class for the spring 2012 quarter. For some classes, the lecturer explicitly sets permissions for which video lectures are viewable. I know for the winter 2012 quarter that CS 140 video lectures were not viewable until about dead week. If you really want the video lectures, you should email the professor and see if you ought to be allowed to view the video lectures.
