I'm very fond of my Casio PX-350 , check out the reviews. What's unique to the PX-350 is a wonderful weighted hammer action and 3 sensors per key, most have 2.

I highly recommend the Yamaha P-155, or any of their piano in that line. They are the cheapest of their high end keyboard, and you can sometimes find them for a good price on craigslist. That's what I did!
