How can I prevent Google Talk from disconnecting?

How can I prevent Google Chat from automatically signing me in whenever I view a page on Google+?

• Every time I open a page on Google Plus, I see this message in my GMAIL Chat window: Oops! You are not invisible because you're logged into Google Talk from another client, device, or location that doesn't support invisibility. How can I prevent this from happening?

  Assuming you already have a Google Account. This issue has popped up on my Google+ Account from my followers. Many of the users were complaining that their Google Chats weren't accessible and that they were having issues with settings. In mid May, Google announced a unification of its messaging services. Google+ Messenger Google Talk Google Voice are all now a service called "Hangouts" Hangouts can be downloaded for Android and iOS and also for the Web. What might be the case is that your Google Chat is not been updated. This is what the followers in my Google+ stream did. Go to Gmail, Gmail will give you an option to upgrade and unify the service.
