Are there any aid programs that deliver solar energy to sunny developing countries?
-
Given that solar energy can be harvested in abundance in sunny countries, it is logical to me that aid should be given to enable people in developing countries to have solar panels on their homes, schools and hospitals so that their small incomes can be spent on food, tools and education instead. Are there any current programmes which facilitate this?
