Any way to bypass Youtube's geographic restrictions?

What is the easiest and safest way to bypass internet restrictions put up by the college authorities without getting caught?

  • Our college has got some cyberoam protection which they use to block many useful websites like youtube and picasa. i am in search for a way to bypass all these restrictions without getting caught. i tried using vpn sites but they don't work. what are the other methods that can be used. i am sure there are some way. A step by step procedure or a link to some page which guides me through the process would be great.

    Use tor.. I use it in my college. My college uses websense express for blocking sites..it works in proxy server also..
