Do all international flights [bound for MENA and Europe] get routed out of SFO and fly over Fort Funston or Pacifica and then East over the Golden Gate Bridge?
-
I live in Russian Hill and I always see the same three international flights go out that direction -- UAE to Dubai; Virgin Atlantic 20 F to LHR, and BA 284 to LHR>

Answer:
No. Only those that are flying to Europe or the Middle East, and only when taking off on the usual RWY 28R (or possibly 28L). Flights to Asia or Australia regions obviously do not take that route after taking off. And when winds shift, the departing flights switch directions and use RWY 10L (and maybe 10R), then take the routes as explained above.
