What's the way to make a beautiful Youtube Channel Brand Pages? like ASUS/Cisco/Apple/Skype..?

• I have a question.... I found out some special Youtube Brand Channel,Their pages are big different with other Normal Channel. How can I make a similar one,like ASUS, Cisco,Sony...and so on.
