How to open a new window in windows form application?

Hi all , currently im working on windows phone 8 application development , i need to know whether any classes or API available for barcode reader in window phone 8? , im already tried with zxing library and neodynamic barcode reader for windows phone ..but i cant solve

please suggest corresponding dll or classes for barcode reader in windows phone 8 ...
