How do you make another page to your blog?

In Wordpress, apart from my front page, how do I make another page a blog page?

    There is column Pages in the dashboard with which you can create static pages. E.g. About Us, Contact Us etc. If I haven't answered your question, kindly elaborate your question.

What I get from the question is you want to have some page that includes all of your blog posts just like by default wordpress home page does... If that's the question then here is how you do it... First of all you need to create a new page that you want to use as a blog page. So let's say you want to call it "news" so you will create a news page... Next you need to go to Settings -> Readings and change the Front page displays option from "Your latest posts" to "A static page (select below)" and finally in the drop downs you will select the "Front page" of your site for the home page and under "Posts page" you need to select "news" page and save settings... That's it... and your news page should be your blog page now... Please elaborate if your question was something else.
