What are the best CPC ad networks?

I know I can buy CPC traffic and then sell CPA traffic, using my landing page; but can I simply flip the CPC traffic directly to a CPA target without my landing page, just connect A to B? Does Google allow Direct Link marketing? If not, are there better ad networks? Where can I learn about this stuf

    Actually, 3 - 4 years ago, it is possible, and there are a lot of home study course teaches people how to do this.  But now, as main PPC players like Google does not like marketers to do so, you will end up with a very high CPC for those campaign. However, I think you can do similar things in Yahoo/Bing PPC.

This would mean you're managing someone elses adwords campaign. It's what marketing agencies do. Perfectly possible, but it's an entirely different line of work than running an affiliate website.. Edit: to be more practical, as far as I know (actually I just think) you're not allowed to send traffic through adwords to a website you're not verified owner of. I'm sure you're not allowed to send traffic to a page that is being redirected..
