How can I get a job at Google out of college if Google doesn't have any "University Graduate" postings for my field?

I'm interested in jobs like the ones below but under the Google students job section there are no entry level positions. When I ask university recruiters about these positions they can't tell me anything. The first link you posted doesn't list any on-the-job experience in the minimum requirements. Make sure your resume looks good (without lying) and apply. You might get the interview, you might not. Failing that, get a job elsewhere, get some experience, and then try again when you better meet the listed preferred qualifications.

Go to a different company then Google. Google is not a mechanical engineering company; they are a software company. You can't expect every company to automatically have jobs at the level you want, that's just life. If you really wanted to go to Google, then why didn't you do CS or CE instead?
