Emotional trauma that is unhealed, not dealt with. 9. Psychological states of imbalance, such as lack of self-worth, self-love, etc. 10. Any of the above combinations together. Therefore for most sustained and effective weight loss, one has to approach it in a holistic manner that addresses all aspects of the mind, as well as the body.
