How do I get people to 'like' the page I created on Facebook?

Is there any company / person  that can assure me certain likes on my Facebook Page  against money payment ..?

    While you can find this all day every day, most of those "likes" are from 'bots, not "real people". You can only get "likes" from real people via organic engagement with your audience. There are audience engagement specialists out there who can show you how to do the work to make that happen. It's expensive (think $10k-ish). There are people you can hire to implement what you need to do, or you can do it yourself. PM me if you want specific recommendations.
