I had the same problem! I have a ton of old (and embarrassing) college photos on Facebook that I made private. But I didn't delete them for the longest time because I lost the original copies and downloading one by one from FB is a pain. You can actually use our new app odrive - http://blog.odrive.com/blog/2014/10/7/download-all-your-facebook-albums - it downloads all your Facebook photos, albums and even tagged photos of you onto your computer. Once you get them you can just save them else where so you can keep them private. Hope this helps!

Well deleting the album is easy, FB has an option there. To upload pictures from FB to your drive, you can install this google chrome extension https://t.co/b0FsWKlGKI (if you use google chrome browser). Simply right click your photo and say 'Upload Image'. Before that make sure you link to your drive (google drive, Dropbox, box and oneDrive cloud storages are supported as of now). I have tried this by myself. Thus its really helpful.
