How big is the storage space of the new Australian TiVo?

My Samsung Galaxy has no SD Card but reports almost 1gb of free space on an SD Card and that there is no storage available, what gives?

  • An SII on which there is only a few MB of space remaining on Device Storage. I've deleted most apps and tons of pictures. There is no additional SD Card in the device yet various storage apps report that the SD card has nearly 1gb of space. In spite of that, whenever I try to install or upgrade an app, I'm told that not enough space is available.

  • Answer:

    There's 16GB of internal storage, of which approx 11.5GB is available for user data such as music, video, file storage etc. There's also 2GB of system memory, which is the default installation location for apps. So on a new handset you'll have approx 13.5GB total storage available, plus the option of adding up to 32GB via the microSD memory card slot.
