A marketing company here in Portugal came up with the idea that using 10.000€ you can transfer 0.01€ to 100.000 with a special message. They built a bot to the handle the automated transfers and 100.000 people got 0.01€ in their account with a message and a website link. It was for a price-comparison tool so it was top notch. PS: the company charged extra lol 10.000€ was just for the transfers.
