How do I find out what vocal range I am in?

What should we understand from Facebook now showing a range of audience numbers, instead of one number, in Facebook Ads? How do we find out exact user number?

• Earlier while selecting an audience in Facebook Ads, I used to see just one number. Now I am seeing a range as shown below, and the range is quite huge. What should we understand of this change and what do these two numbers mean?  

• Answer:

  You can't get one number as the answer to the exact number of users because: 1) Somewhere in the world, somebody just created an account. 2) Some account got deleted due to violation of Facebook terms and conditions. 3) Somebody just died and his account is called to be taken down. 4) Somebody is created multiple accounts (Fake ones) and Facebook has taken them all down. Due to these reasons, you would get a number which has got a deviation from the above range considering you view it for about 10 minutes. Thus they can't give you a single number.
