I have a phone interview for a marketing job on Tuesday.  Does anyone have tips to help me stand out?

    Ask them questions like 'How do you feel that you are you getting the best out of your marketing team?' This suggests that you are thinking about 'improvement'  and therefore the right sort of person for them to employ. It also brings their emotions into play - which makes you 'memorable'. Good Luck!
