Advice on how I can get a job?

Career Advice: I am having 12 years of experience in Software Testing, and having ISTQB Foundation certificate and looking for a job. How can I get a job?

• I did my MTech in Computer Applications from IIT Delhi in Dec-1997. I am a dynamic IT professional with 12 years of rich experience performing Test Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Manual Testing; mainly into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Web applications testing. I have been looking out for an opening from the last 3 months. As there is more competition in testing area (for one QA lead position, there were 229 applications through LinkedIn alone),  how can I change my career direction, how can I get a stable job.   Great profile.  Look for startups,  better be programme manger roles,  as you've covered major journey. Look for openings in your closer circle. Linkedin, quora, newsgroups will be best ways to right job. EDIT: Hope you have done automation also. Please messge me, will provide some contacts
