How do FB's mobile app install ads drive organic (not post click tracked) app installs?
-
In addition to the app installs we are tracking using Ad-X that are directly attributable to the FB app install ads, I'm seeing installs of our app that are attributed to FB's Android mobile app, rather than to the FB ads. Since you can't 'like' a mobile app install ad and can't share a link to a Google Play app on the FB app, it's unclear how the FB app install ads are apparently driving so many organic FB installs. The two types of FB installs tracked are strongly correlated. The app we are promoting does not have a FB fan page.

Could the installs come from the App Center?
