Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs): What software is available to manage peer assessment?

• Does anyone have recommendations for peer assessment software for a university class of about 50 students?  I would like to have frequent homework assignments, most of which are not amenable to automatic assessment and think peer assessment would also benefit students by letting them see how others have approached the problems. A  conference reviewing system like easychair is close to what I want -- it has submission deadlines, the review form can serve as a grading rubric, the process can be blind, the PC chair (me!) can communication with late reviewers, etc.
