What's the best WordPress comment system that supports custom CSS styling?

I am looking for a comment system that supports a variety of logins (Facebook, Twitter) and has the ability to be custom styled with CSS to fit my site's look. Both of these two points are key in my selection critera.

Does it have to be a system rather than the built-in WP commenting feature coupled with plugins to support additional logon (ie. facebook, etc) capabilities?

Moot can be styled via CSS and is embeddable and free: https://moot.it There is a wordpress plugin for it available here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/moot/ Out of the box Moot supports Facebook login, with SSO you can allow users to authenticate using any existing database (users wouldn't need a Moot account), and Twitter login is not yet available but coming.
