Who are the developers of ICC Cricket database and software?
-
I think its a really really complex database of digits and the software will of course be performance legend which updates every second and checks each and every player record of the years.

Answer:
No idea who develops it. But it is a tiny database. Approximately 2000 ODIs * 600 balls per ODI (most ODIs do not last 600 balls) is only 1.2 million rows of ball by ball data. Double that for test matches (we only have ball-by-ball info for test matches from the last 20 years or so). Players, officials, etc .. is basically nothing (< than 10K rows). You could easily store this on a USB stick. Unless its very badly designed, performance would not be an issue on a modern computer - let alone a database server.
