How to start an Internet Company in India?

How should i start a web development and product based company in India?

• I want to start a web dev and product based company in India. I can figure out the technical aspects of the process but i am clueless about how should i do it as a whole? What should i know before starting the company? How to generate money besides putting up ads on my site? Should i make some products/web sites before making a site for the company?

  I am not an expert in these categorised suggestions but let me try for this one! 1. Find a name/Find a co-founder( choose anyone and then put other on second on the list). 3. If you want to do commercial initially, register your presence. 4. Built some really good websites for very less price (balance it with money you'll spent on marketing/publicity; a good website will do it for you, and so is the client). 5. Get the paper work done witha legal help. 6. Choose your early clients wisely( i would suggest to go with the startup kids/ if they'll be hit, you'll go superhit). 7. Try to generate new revenue models( earn your time, only after then). 8. Don't look out for clients( yes i mentioned), look out for partners, they will lead you to better projects in future.
