Good inexpensive laptop for Windows? (700 or less?

What is a recommendation for a 15" windows laptop around $500~$700?

  • Run sas/spss with same time watch netflix / youtube/ hulu, etc. Need it quite. No Vaio brand. (current have is vaio) price range $500 - $700. With amazon link is better. Thanks
