How to install Google Analytics?

Unable to edit dimensions in Excellent Analytics. Can anyone help?

Hi, I'm having an issue in that for some reason since switching to a new laptop I am unable to edit dimensions in Excellent Analytics after my intial selection. Does anyone know why this would be? I have gone through the whole installation process here Install and Use @ Excellent Analytics for Google Analytics - data grabber and made sure that I have fulfilled all the requirements but the problem still persists. I absolutely love the software and use it daily so this is a bit frustrating and I was wondering if others had come across the issue and resolved it? I would be happy to pay for the software and took out the Excellent Analytics pro trial but it was really buggy, kept crashing and then eventually deleted itself because it was causing serious errors. The extra cost doesn't seem to provide any additional support so this isn't really an option at the moment. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Penny
