What exactly can I do with Facebook mobile and how can I do it?

How can I regain access to my Facebook account without having access to the mobile phone number?

  • I have been shut out of my facebook account. After changing the password facebook attempts to send a re-activation code to the mobile phone number mentioned in my profile. Unfortunately the mobile phone number is wrong. Therefore I do not receive the text message and there is no other way to regain access. What can I do?

  • Answer:

    If you go through http://www.facebook.com/help/identify.php?show_form=password_reset,  you should be able to reset your account via email.

Did you set a primary email account?(The email acc linked to Facebook).Your activation code or password reset can be sent to your primary email address.Always set two email address for recovery of password.Also after you get to access your account ,set up trusted contacts because in case your email and phones are inaccessible ,password reset can be sent to your trusted friends.
