Midbrain  is very a prominent part of the reptilian brain. Higher mammals like primates and Humans have comparatively smaller midbrains. Evolution has decided that it is not necessary to have a large midbrain.  Although small, the mid brain has its own  neurological functions that have been  fulfilled without any expensive  activation. What goes on as Midbrain Activation is a scam that capitalizes on the large proportion of gullible folks who cannot distinguish between scientific-sounding terminology and actual science. Why do people fall far this trick? Because, people still buy toothpastes advertised by people in white lab coats who act like Dentists. The results of Mid Brain Activation has never been clinically proven. There is absolutely no neurological or psychological consequences to the person who practices this procedure.
