Why can't I create a new "fan page" while logged-in on my existing Facebook fan page?
-
As a Facebook fan page admin, I wanted to create a subordinate fan page from my existing one. I logged in as my existing Facebook fan page but I can't seem to create a new "fan page" out of it. I keep getting this error "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." I know I can create a "fan page" using my personal profile but I found out that the function is still available when you logged in as my existing Facebook fan page. What can I do?

Answer:
There is no option to create "sub-Pages" or other Facebook Pages from your Page yet. You can only create a new Facebook Page from your personal account.

Other answers
Login as your personal profile and create the page. A Facebook page has to have a real person as an admin, and hence, pages can't create pages. There is no such thing as a "sub-page".
