How old do you have to be to get paid on associated content?

On Facebook, how to restrict work people from indirectly seeing my posts or content?

• I have a 'work list' on Facebook. Sometimes I share, create, get associated (taged) with content that I do not want to share with everyone at work. However , there is a lot of other content that I want to share with them. I know I can blacklist the 'work' list while posting some content. Here are few questions: 1] If I blacklist a list/person from a post, would they still eventually see it if the content gets shared by common friends etc . I want to make sure that they never see this by any indirect route as well. 2] If I get @mentioned , tagged etc in some content, how can I ensure that above 1] holds true. Thanks

• Answer:

  If you share something on a list of friends and some of them re-share it, your restrictions still apply. i.e. your content won't travel outside this list. However nobody can prevent that your content is not copied  (either as text or as a screenshot)  and posted publicly. Because of this, my advise is not to rely too much on this kind of privacy protection. If you get tagged on some content you can remove the tag. If you want to prevent people from posting in your timeline, you can control who can post.
