How do I create a Column Formula for Date in Sharepoint 2010?

is there a Column formula that automatically calculates the date today and converts it to PST(Pacific)? My country's time zone is +8GMT and we support people in PST time zone. Thanks!

You create a standard date time and then you use the calculation tool to but in a formal, warning this is not a very clean process.
