With 3 years of work experience in IT (software), which could be a better option for moving forward, working on a startup in India or leaving to US/Aus for money & international exposure?
-
I am working in a MNC with work experience of 3 years. Now I have 2 options in my career. To go for a startup(where I already have an idea & know itsĀ going to work, have a passion for business) or leave to Aus/USA for more money & international exposure.Come back after 3-5 years and then start a business & I sure know markets will not be the same after 3-5 years. Please suggest. Thanks.

Answer:
Do not go after money or exposure bro they will come to you eventually if your idea works. Money or exposure may look gratifying initially but cannot provide long term satisfaction.
