Is there a foreign exchange programs for adults?

Are there travel exchange programs for adults?

  • I would like to find someone to host in America and then visit in South Korea. I am not a student (27), but would like to get involved in the culture in this way.  I feel this would be easier to experience things rather than just tourist locations/attractions.  Ideally, it would be nice to find someone similarly aged and in an established career to plan vacations with.

  • Answer:

Try Airbnb. Instead of an homogenous hotel room, you'll end up in a real neighbourhood with the sort of host who is proud of where they live and eager to show you how to engage in the community like a local. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/travel/travel-news/whats-it-like-to-use-airbnb-for-business-travel/article5207791/ http://airbnb.com
