Which web-based software would you recommend for home inventory management?

Where can I find a cloud based warranty / customer service software platform? Products are manufactured in Asia and sold in the US via big box retailers like Home Depot or Walmart.

We need CRM, Tickets, eCommerce, light inventory Mngt./fulfillment. Core Functionality • Customer Relations Management (CRM) • Order Management • Fulfillment • Inventory Management • Financial Reporting (Sales) • Client facing E Commerce o tickler/follow-up system for pending issues with consumers. Ideally, the platform would be scalable allowing for agent growth based on peak activity.  Long term, I would like to be able to extend the platform to be customer facing allowing for more self service warranty support. I would appreciate any recommendations.

You might want to take a look at online development tools such as http://stoic.com in order to develop what you want. We have implementation partners who can help you build exactly the solution that you need, and because it's all built into Google Spreadsheet, it's easy and quick to get a first version out of the door.
