How can I make my new YouTube video better?

How can I make my first video of my new YouTube channel a hit (both video and channel not created yet)?

• I would personally appear in that video. It would be somewhat like a combination of videos produced by https://www.youtube.com/user/IISuperwomanII and https://www.youtube.com/user/MatthewSantoro. Remember the channel is new so no one would be knowing about it. Also I am a bit socially challenged so I don't have many friends in FaceBook and only 3 followers in Twitter. The videos will be in Indian English.

  You can't. Being a "hit" with your first video depends on a lot of luck, or a full-blown marketing machine behind you. Don't count on it to happen. Instead, most successful YouTubers have carefully built their channel from video to video. They put a lot of time to make videos regularly, they interact with other YouTubers and they do their best to improve themselves all the time. You should first try to upload two or three videos that demonstrate your concept well. Then you can go out and get to know other YouTubers. Watch other people's videos, leave nice comments, be supportive. People will notice that and often check your channel out, as well. Don't set your goals too high, or you'll be discouraged. At first, try to find 10 subscribers for your channel. That's a good start. After that, try to get to 50 and then 100, and so on. Take your time to grow your channel. Then you'll have a better chance of success than hoping for a miracle.
