Where can you print out job applications online?

Tech Support: I am from germany and will travel to the us soon. I want to be reachable for US-companies. Can you please give me the format of the phone number I have to print on my job-applications?

The callers, companies which hopefully will call me for a phone interview will call me from withing the US on my german number. What should the format of the phone number be that I give them? The phone number has the format: 0163XXXXXX I know that the international format is 0049163XXXXXX If they call me from withing the US on 0049163XXXXXX will they reach me or do I have to give themn the number in another format.
