What is the best dual sim smartphone?

Depending on the market. Somewhere you can have even flagship phones as dual sim versions like Galaxy S5. But in most places it is reserved for low-end and Nokia 735 has the best hardware in most regions for dual sim phones.

The new Moto G (2nd gen) is a very good dual-sim phone, the device runs near stock android and hence it is smooth and Motorola is quick in providing updates. The phone is good value for money.
