Who is the founder of NOKIA?

Are there any incubator programs that accept a founder who has hired an out-sourced development team?

  • Most incubators are more likely to accept more than one founder (with at least one being a technical co-founder).  Well it has been very difficult for me to locate a technical co-founder since they are all working for the big bucks in large companies.  So I went on ahead and started developing my website with the help of an out-sourced development team.  But no incubator programs will accept me because I do not have a technical co-founder......which sucks!!! Please, if anyone could refer me to an incubator program that accepts people in my position, I would be extremely grateful.  Thanks.

I imagine that depends on the kind of business you have.  If technology is core to the business, then you should have tech in-house (if not a technical cofounder).  If it is a key part, but enough good talent exists for outsourcing, you may be able to show that your team's value elsewhere outweigh's the tech.  We (http://www.bootstrapp.in) were a part of GSF India (http://www.gsfindia.com) without a technical cofounder, and had an amazing ride thanks to GSF.
