Who are the members of the civil service?

I'm looking for an online service that will enable the members of a business group to track the social media activity of the other group members?

• It should allow members to see each others activity (and only each others activity) on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ in a single stream. And like, retweet etc from that stream. Some statistics on member engagement would also be very useful. Does anybody know of such a service? (Services that just provide tracking by keyword would not suitable, tracking of a wide range of specified social media accounts belonging to differing owners is required.)

  I would check out http://www.xydocuration.com/. It's a way to track and manage the social media activity of folks internal to your business. Though I'm not sure if the platform includes G+. I had a demo of this product and was impressed!
