How do you distribute/get publicity for software or apps in the Philippines?

Or are we still lacking a key piece or pieces in the puzzle to spread news around?
Answer:

I personally believe we have some of the key pieces (tools, talent, market and "some" funding). I believe we lack people trying. We need a really lively ecosystem where lots of people go out there and try. The preference of workers in PH is still to join a large multinational.

Hey, I know how Publicity is like a blur world and pretty hard to conquer. After several years of struggling for my own start-up I can honestly says that in fact, publicity is really, really IMPORTANT.
