Is there a WordPress plugin that displays readme.txt as a HTML formated web page?
-
WordPress plugins' readme.txt has a distinct format and wordpress.org interprets each plugin's readme file and displays the contents in tabbed pages. I'm wondering if there is a plugin which does a similar thing and converts specified readme.txt into HTML code and can be embedded into a post or static page in regular WordPress sites.

Found one that does it. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-readme-parser/
