What are the most decent universities in Florida?

Should others copy Florida's effort to reduce tuition costs for science and engineering majors at public universities?

  No this is dumb. STEM majors can easily afford paying for college, as they're practically guaranteed jobs after graduation (assuming they performed acceptably in class). Art majors are likely working at McDonalds, so they can't afford the higher tuition.
