Demographics of the United States of America: Where can I find granular data that can be used to correlate household income to home prices?
-
More specifically, I am looking for data that can help me model the relationship of household income to home values (or housing spend) in metro San Francisco and Los Angeles, and for the US as a whole. The USCB and municipal data I've found so far is no more granular than quintile-based, which is not ideal for model development because the top quintile is so unevenly distributed.
