  Well, let be : A(5,-1) the endpoint of a line segment, and M(9,4) its midpoint, then the other endpoint B(x,y) is so that : vector_AB = 2 . vector_AM = 2 . < 9 - 5 ; 4 - (-1) > < x - 5 , y + 1 > = < 8 , 10 > therefore : x = 8 + 5 = 13 y = 10 - 1 = 9 so the coordinates of the other end point of the segment are B( 13 , 9) hope it' ll help !!
