Okay if you don't know what those are SSL is secure socket layer (basically a bunch of security protocols) and pop is the post office protocol (I believe that's an email protocol). So the fact that your iPad cannot connect to these servers using these protocols means possibly that their servers are down for moblie, though that is unlikely. As well this could mean your network is not trusting their network, possibly your network is using a different version of the pop protocol, I know that can cause errors. As for fixing this I have no idea just google some of the things I talked about like how to get your network to trust another.
