What are the chances of getting a job if when they run the background check it says "stricken" which means "dismissed"?
-
I have a job offer but they do background checks, i have two dismissed cases, never convicted nor found guilty. How likely are they to still offer me the job. Kinda nervous.

Answer:
It is entirely up to the employer. They should let you know if something on your background check caused you not to be hired.
