She couldn't add you with only your permit if she wanted to. Once you have your license and can be in the car driving all by yourself is when you will need to be covered.

She needs to let State Farm know you live in the home but do not have a license yet. Call your State Farm agent or staff person and ask them.

Gee, I wonder who would know in MIchigan (not "michigan") as to State Farm (not "statefarm") as to this issue? Give this some thought.
